Before you call
- Please let reception know if your concern is urgent — we keep same-day slots for urgent problems.
- A standard appointment is 10–15 minutes. If you have several issues, or need a medical, review or form completed, please say so when booking so we can allow extra time.
- Bring your medical card or GP visit card, a list of your current medication and any hospital letters.
- If you cannot attend, please ring to cancel so the appointment can be offered to another patient.
